Extinguishing agent
Fomtec Class F is an aqueous solution composed of high activity salts and stabilizers, specially formulated for combating fires involving oils, fats, and grease. Because it is pre-mixed, there is no need for on-site dilution before system charging. It is ideal for use in restaurant appliances such as deep fat fryers, chip pans, griddles, kitchen hoods, and ventilating equipment.
